Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Free U.S. shipping: Free shipping is available within the United States on orders $35+, when applicable.

Canada shipping: Shipping to Canada is not free. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns: If you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: AlSunnah Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also email us if you need assistance with the claims process.

Canada orders (duties/taxes): Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees charged at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
