Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Return window: We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To request a return, email us at contact@alsunnahcorner.com.

Eligibility

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Factory sealed with cellophane/plastic unopened
  • Receipt or proof of purchase included

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@alsunnahcorner.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions (including the return address).
  3. Please do not ship a return without approval.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged / defective / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll help resolve it.

Canada orders (duties/taxes)

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees charged at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
