Ordering, shipping and returns
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is genuine, sourced through legitimate supply channels, and ships sealed in its original factory packaging with the cellophane intact. If you ever believe an item is not authentic, email contact@alsunnahcorner.com and we will make it right.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have shipping calculated at checkout. Shipping to Canada is not free.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada only. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and you receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer a separate express service. Orders are processed quickly and tracking is sent the moment your parcel is collected.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery if the item is unused and still factory sealed with the cellophane unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance cannot be returned. Email contact@alsunnahcorner.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving the item, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email contact@alsunnahcorner.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Damaged or incorrect items are our responsibility, including return shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can check out as a guest, with no account required.
Do you have any discounts or promotions?
Two offers apply automatically at checkout, with no code needed: free US shipping on orders of $50 or more, and Buy Any 2, Save 10% on any two items.
How do I contact customer service?

Do you have a physical store?
We are an online only store based in the United States. That is part of how we keep authentic Arabian fragrance priced below department store rates.

Choosing a fragrance
I'm new to Arabian fragrance. Where should I start?
Start with our Premium Attar Oil sample set. These are travel size alcohol free oils that let you test scent families before committing to a full bottle. Sweet and gourmand notes are the most popular starting point, rose and floral is the classic Arabian profile, and if you want to try oud, begin with Cambodian rather than Hindi.
What is oud?
Oud, also called agarwood or dehn al oud, is a rare resinous wood and the most prized material in perfumery. It is deep, woody and very long lasting on skin. Cambodian oud is warm and smooth, Indonesian is earthy and easy to wear, and Hindi oud is dark, smoky and the most intense. Browse our Oud and Agarwood oils.
What is an attar, and how is it different from a spray?
An attar is a concentrated alcohol free perfume oil, dabbed onto pulse points rather than sprayed. With no alcohol there is no sharp burn and no rapid fade. The oil warms on your skin and lasts far longer, though it sits closer to the body than a spray. See all perfume oils.
Are your perfume oils really alcohol free?
Yes. Our attar perfume oils contain no alcohol, so there is no sting on application and no rapid fade. They also suit people whose skin reacts to alcohol based sprays.
What does EDP mean?
Eau de Parfum. Roughly 15 to 20% fragrance oil in an alcohol base, which is stronger and longer lasting than Eau de Toilette. Extrait de Parfum is more concentrated still. Our alcohol free attar oils are the most concentrated format we sell.
How long do your fragrances last?
Alcohol free perfume oils typically last 8 to 16 hours, and EDP sprays typically 6 to 8 hours. Warm, moisturised skin holds fragrance noticeably longer than dry skin, so applying just after a shower helps.
Do you sell fragrances for men?

Are your fragrances unisex?
Many Arabian fragrances are genuinely unisex, and we label them that way where the fragrance house does. We also keep separate For Her, For Him and Unisex collections so you can filter by how a scent is usually worn.

Can I try a fragrance before buying a full bottle?
Yes, that is exactly what our Premium Attar Oil samples are for. Travel size alcohol free oils let you find your scent first, which is the route we recommend if you are new to Arabian fragrance.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep bottles away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. A drawer or cupboard is ideal, and a bathroom shelf is the worst place. Stored properly, alcohol free oils keep their character for years.
